It is with great pleasure to care for clients using an integrated toolbox of modalities from an Eastern and Western perspective such as Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Medical Massage, Reiki, Acupressure, and Qi Gong—practices I regularly fine-tune and expand to this day.

I am a Health & Well-Being Coach, Certified by Duke Health & Well-Being; Licensed Massage Therapist, a 2006 graduate of the Swedish Institute of NYC; certified in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, Infant Massage Education; a DONA trained birth doula; a Cooperative Childbirth Educator certified through the CEA/MNY; and utilize my "past life" in Packaging and Branding as a guide to filter through consumer noise for you to make conscious, educated, and informed decisions about your health—hence Holistic Hands LLC was born and established in 2008.
I am comfortable and experienced working in environments such as hospitals, VNSNY Hospice and Palliative Care, schools, wellness centers, corporate, and people’s homes.
On a personal note: I'm a conscious foodie and LOVE travel. I live to better understand and evolve through intentional living, meditation, self-healing practices of Xing Ming Gong / Shamanic Qi Gong taught by teachers Master Zhongxian Wu and Thomas Droge, and ancient traditions and rituals that nurtured our ancestors and enriched our bloodlines.
Through better understanding and reclaiming my own health, I’ve chosen a path of exploring, rediscovering, and harmonizing the line of exchange between the sacred divine feminine and masculine / yin and yang / light and shadow / within and without our culture’s paradigm.
